Before emailing
Include:
- platform and app version;
- the visible error code or content-free diagnostic ID;
- what you expected and what happened;
- approximate time and timezone;
- whether the issue affects one connected account or all accounts;
- whether retrying could create a duplicate external effect.
Do not retry a send or calendar mutation when Windlord says “outcome unknown.” Leave the operation for reconciliation or inspect Google directly. Repeating it outside the receipt flow may create a duplicate.
Do not send a password, OAuth token, DPoP proof, device secret, invitation/recovery token, private key, full message, customer list, or calendar export. We will never ask you to disable device security or install remote-control software.
Account and Google connection
- Wrong Google account: cancel consent and reconnect using the account hint shown by Windlord. A connection cannot silently change Google identity.
- Reauthorization required: reconnect the same Google identity. Windlord rejects a different subject even if the email looks similar.
- Missing mail/calendar: check the per-account sync state, scope status, and Google service status before deleting local data.
- Disconnect: use Settings → Google Accounts. For complete revocation, also remove Windlord at Google connections.
Agent grants and receipts
For an agent issue, provide the content-free operation/receipt ID, client name, action class, and terminal state. Do not paste the prompt or email. If access appears too broad, revoke the grant immediately in Settings → Agents; a new narrower grant is safer than editing around the old one.
For an “outcome unknown” operation, inspect the reconciliation status. Windlord intentionally refuses to claim success or blindly replay when it cannot prove whether Google received the request.
Billing
Private beta is not charged. When subscriptions launch, use the provider that processed the purchase:
- Apple purchases: manage/refund through Apple subscriptions and report the transaction’s non-secret reference to Windlord if entitlement reconciliation fails.
- Web purchases: use Windlord’s billing portal or email support from the billing address.
- Organization plans: contact the designated billing administrator.
Export and deletion
Use Data Controls for local deletion, Google revocation, analytics withdrawal, export, subscription cancellation, and authenticated account deletion. If your trusted device is lost, email support. We require proportionate account-control verification because an unauthenticated deletion request could be an attack.
Report a security issue
Email team@supertrained.ai with “Windlord security” in the subject. Include the affected component, reproduction steps using synthetic data, impact, and a safe contact channel. Do not access another person’s data, disrupt service, persist access, or publish exploitable details before coordinated remediation.
We will acknowledge credible private-beta security reports as quickly as practical, preserve the report’s confidentiality, and coordinate validation and remediation. A formal public vulnerability disclosure and safe-harbor policy is a launch gate.

Email team@supertrained.ai with your platforms, approximate number of Gmail accounts, how you currently manage attention, and which agent tools you expect to connect. Beta access is limited while Google verification, independent assessment, and release evidence are completed.
