Email is a list.
Attention has a clock.

Inbox order is not importance. Windlord combines commitments, meetings, replies, deadlines, and consequences into a runway that answers one question: what is the best use of your attention now?

01FAST

Local where latency matters.

Google stays the source of truth. Encrypted device storage makes navigation, triage, and search immediate instead of network-shaped.

02CLEAR

One runway, three views.

Focus Queue, Daily Runway, and Attention Timeline are different lenses on the same evidence—not three competing inboxes.

03ACCOUNTABLE

Agents act with receipts.

Every agent request is identity-bound, grant-scoped, risk-checked, approval-aware, and reconciled against the provider’s actual outcome.

Agent-native by construction

Total capability.
Finite authority.

Connect Claude, Codex, or any compatible local tool. The agent can understand your attention state and perform real work, but it never receives your Google token or invents its own permissions.

  1. 1You define the grant.
Accounts, resource classes, time, action types, content ceiling, and expiration are explicit.
  2. 2Risk decides the ceremony.
Reading, archiving, sending, and changing a meeting do not receive the same authority.
  3. 3Google decides the outcome.
Windlord reports success only after provider confirmation or exact reconciliation.
  4. 4The receipt survives the conversation.
You can inspect what was requested, allowed, attempted, and observed.

Provider

Google is truth
Mutations reconcile back to Gmail and Calendar.

Mailbox cloud

None by default
Plaintext mailbox and calendar content stay off Windlord’s hosted services.

Analytics

Off by default
Opt-in events cannot represent subjects, participants, prompts, or provider IDs.

Execution

Receipted
Grant, approval, attempt, reconciliation, and outcome form one chain.

Privacy is architecture

The cloud never needs your mailbox.

Windlord’s hosted control plane coordinates opaque accounts, device trust, encrypted sync relay, content-free notifications, entitlements, deletion receipts, and optional content-free analytics. It is designed not to accept Gmail bodies, subjects, participants, calendar details, OAuth tokens, prompts, or model responses.
